» RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for persons under 200 lbs: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Take the first 3 tablets in the morning upon arising, the second 3 tablets before lunch, and the final 3 tablets before dinner.

Ho assunto il Nitrix e per quanto mi riguarda le dosi migliori sono quelle americane... 3 capsule al mattino 30'' minuti prima di colazione e poi 6 capsule 10 minuti prima del pompaggio dopo aver fatto cardio.. sottolineo per quanto mi riguarda l'effetto pump si è visto e come!!! lo consiglio vivamente!

Assumo il Nitrix da 4 settimane e sono più che soddisfatto. Ho provato con il dosaggio "americano" cioè 9 compresse nei giorni di workout (3 colazione, 3 pre e 3 post workout). Mentre nei giorni di riposo ho fatto 3 metà mattina e 3 metà pomeriggio e devo dire che il pompaggio si vedeva.
