The high protein formula includes whey protein concentrate and can support your body with the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. Our popular product also contains added BCAA's and Glutamine, which are hugely important and can give you that extra boost during your recovery.


The USN Muscle Fuel STS is a brilliant addition to the Core range, it has been scientifically formulated to supply fitness fanatics and gym goers of all ages with a high quality supply of proteins from five premium sources. Our Muscle Fuel STS also provides your body with a range of valuable nutrients, supporting your general health.

Also providedƒ in our Muscle Fuel STS is magnesium, which has been shown to contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism, as well as normal protein synthesis.


RECOMMENDATION: as a dietary supplement, add 2 heaped scoops to 400ml of cold water. Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2 to 3 servings daily (servings may be halved). For even higher calories in the form of extra protein and carbs you could use fat free milk instead of water.
