BCAA 5:1:1 was one of the first products our bio-chemists and formulators developed. Why? Simply because every single pro bodybuilder and athlete on our team has been using a Branched Chain Amino Acid product for years and considered them a crucial element of their supplementation program, both off season and in their pre-competition period. L-Leucine has been the subject of many recent studies concerning muscle fiber degradation during exercise and the new consensus is that athletes would benefit form a higher L-Leucine content in their BCAA formulas.
