Einnahmeempfehlung:  Basierend auf Geschmackspräferenz, mischen 2-4 Liter Wasser pro Portion (1/4 Messlöffel) Nectar ™. Eine volle Schaufel, Bereitstellung von 23 g Eiweiß, 0 g Fett und 0g Zucker, kann mit 8-16 ml Wasser gemischt werden. Verbrauchen Sie die gewünschte Anzahl der Portionen und zwei-bis dreimal pro Tag, um Ihre Protein Anforderung zu erfüllen. Erinnern Sie sich, die besten Zeiten für die Ergänzung des Proteins sind sofort nach dem Aufstehen am Morgen, nach intensiver körperlicher Aktivität, wie Krafttraining, und vor dem Schlafengehen. preso il gusto crystal sky , polvere proteine era colore azzurrino celeste non mi sono piaciuto gusto troppo coloranti e chimici conservanti, invece doveva essere gusto alla frutta naturale.

Molto molto deluso da questo prodotto..provate le nectar al cappuccino e non c'entrano completamente niente con queste....gusto mela kiwi imbevibile, chimico allo stato puro.... solubilità scarsa, presenza di grumi e schiuma... qualità buona ma per il resto è da bocciare.. contento che sia finito il barattolo

buone proteine isolate non denaturate zero carb dai gusti buoni, ottime per chi e' stanco del solito gusto cioccolato.immediatamente solubili non lasciano residui nello shaker a parte un po' di schiuma che e' tipico delle isolate dato che non vi sono additivi antischiumogeni.no aspartame come ci si aspetterebbe da una proteina con questo prezzo.dopo 15 anni di integrazione ho provato praticamente tutte le marche di proteine e devo riconoscere che le sintrax come prodotto sono valide.in definitiva le consiglio vale la pena provarle,io ho scelto quelle gusto mela verde e fragola kiwi voto 8-

Sono state tra le prime proteine isolate che ho provato. Che dire, FENOMENALI! Le ho comprate al gusto LIMONATA e mi è subito risultato incredibile che disciolte in acqua (essendo isolate) avessero un sapore più che gradevole. Ed è anche verissimo lo slogan, si potrebbero anche mangiare dal barattolo...ho provato!

Per quanto riguarda la validità dell'integrazione a prescindere dal gusto, sono tra le migliori isolate in assoluto a parere di molti, diciamo che se la giocano con le AST VP2, anch'esse fenomenali ma dal gusto non altrettanto buono.
