Libramed thanks to Policaptil Gel Retard, acts in the intestine by forming a highly viscous gel that favors the control of the postprandial glycemic peak, reducing the quantity and the speed of absorption of carbohydrates (retard effect). This also leads to a reduction in the sense of hunger and postprandial sleepiness. Furthermore, with the same mechanism, Policaptil Gel Retard® limits the absorption of fats, promotes intestinal transit and regulates the consistency of the stool.

Libramed, associated with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity, thanks to its mechanism of action, is indicated for weight control in adults and children from 8 years of age.
 
Directions:
 
  • Adults and children over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals.
  • Children between 8 and 12 years 2 tablets before the two main meals. Take the indicated dose with a large glass of water taking care to swallow one tablet at a time. Do not chew or break the tablet with your teeth.
 

For those with swallowing problems it is possible to dissolve the tablets in lukewarm water or unsweetened herbal teas, shaking until completely dissolved. The drink obtained must be swallowed within a few minutes before the gel is formed.

We recommend taking the product at least two hours after taking drugs or vitamin supplements, so as not to interfere with their absorption.

WARNINGS: do not take during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use if there is hypersensitivity or individual allergy to one or more components. For children it is recommended to seek the advice of the doctor.
 
Ingredients: patented complex of polysaccharide macromolecules (Policaptil Gel Retard®); aromas of orange, apple and lemon.
