Organic extra virgin olive oil
Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva is produced exclusively with organic olives of Italian cultivars including Coratina, Ogliarola and Carolea which give a green oil with yellow reflections and a balanced taste.
The olives with which Alce Nero extra virgin olive oil is produced come from areas of Italy characterized by mild winters and hot summers and are grown in compliance with the organic regulations by about 160 of our olive growers. The olives are harvested manually and with the help of mechanical facilitators, to minimize the damage that the fruits can suffer. After harvesting, they are delivered to the mill, where the production process begins, intended as the transformation of the olives into oil, using the cold extraction technique.
