Absolute series - Glutamine Pure is a food supplement of L-Glutamine, useful in case of reduced intake of this nutrient with the diet or increased need.

Glutamine is one of the most important amino acids in our body as it is present in large quantities and participates in crucial metabolic roles such as being able to form, by releasing ATP, cellular energy reserves in some tissues including muscles and to strengthen the immune system. .

A decrease in glutamine in our body determines a reduction in protein synthesis proportional to the subsequent muscle protein catabolism.

Glutamine is not an essential amino acid as our body is able to produce it by itself. The main body tissue capable of producing it is muscle which is capable of combining ammonia and glutamic acid.

Under normal conditions the body produces all the Glutamine it needs for various functions, including that of regulating the levels of ammonium in the tissues whose accumulation could be toxic.

The glutamine produced is transferred to the cells of other tissues to be used as fuel especially for the immune system.

 

DIRECTIONS: dissolve 3 grams per day in a glass of water, corresponding to 2 measuring spoons of product, preferably on an empty stomach.
