Dietary supplement

SYMPLY WHEY is a food supplement with sweetener indicated to the diet of athletes made from whey protein with vitamin B6, indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased requirement of nutrients contained in the product.
Preparation for beverage instantly soluble.
The whey proteins are a source of protein with high biological value and high content of branched-chain amino acids, with fast digestion times and so quickly release the amino acids content.

RECOMMENDATION: take 1 serving (40g = four scoops) of SIMPLY WHEY  with 100 ml of water or other liquid. Increasing the amount of liquid can change at will the taste and texture. It is recommended that one serving per day as a snack between meals, or one hour before training or pre-workout. Can also be taken after workouts or sport performance (post-workout).
