IAFSTORE® FOOD 100% ORGANIC PEANUT CREAM - BANANA
Organic Peanut Spread Banana Flavoured
100% Organic Peanut Cream is the IAFSTORE® Food organic peanut spread, with no added sugar (naturally contains sugars) with banana flavor. Ideal for filling toast or dessert and to accompany your breakfast.
Many do not know it but between cream (peanut cream) and peanut butter (peanut butter) there is a difference. Peanut butter (more common and industrialized) has a high content of saturated fats due to the hydrogenated vegetable oils and the type of processing of the seeds, deprived of their beneficial properties. In addition, they contain added refined sugars or salt.
The peanut cream instead does not contain hydrogenated oils or refined sugars, but is made exclusively by the grinding process, and for our product only and exclusively with organic peanuts, that is, with exclusively natural ingredients from organic farming, without dyes or preservatives, and reducing environmental impact to a minimum.
Our organic peanut cream is first of all a food rich in vegetable proteins. A source of unsaturated fats, that is "good fats" for our body, also known as Omega 3 and 6. In addition, they contain elements such as vitamin E and B, mineral salts (iron, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, but also zinc and copper ).
Our organic peanut cream is:
- 100% from organic farming
- Without dyes
- Preservative free
- Without hydrogenated oils
- Without refined sugars
- Without adding salt
Why is there a layer of oil on the surface, separated from the cream below?
This separation is the demonstration of the total absence of emulsifiers inside the jar. The spreadable creams that are smooth and perfectly homogeneous have this aspect thanks to their content of emulsifiers.
Iafstore Food has chosen to produce organic and natural and does not use emulsifiers or preservatives.
To make the precious organic and natural Iafstore Food creams soft and spreadable, simply take a spoon and drill holes in the hardened pasta so that the oil penetrates back into the interior. Then, mix with energy in all directions until the consistency returns to being soft and homogeneous.
What are the differences between an organic product and an industrial product?
Many studies have highlighted how organic foods are better in many ways. In addition to having a greater nutritional intake, they have a minimum quantity of chemical residues compared to industrial products. To underline these differences, research was conducted by the British Journal of Nutrition which highlighted their advantages.
The raw material used in the Iafstore Food creams comes only from organic farming.
The term organic agriculture indicates a method of cultivation and breeding that only allows the use of natural substances, excluding the use of chemical synthesis substances (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides). Organic farming means developing a production model that avoids the excessive exploitation of natural resources, in particular of the soil, water, and air, using these resources within a sustainable development model that can last over time.
