MCT - Meal is a food supplement particularly suitable for those who practice sports.

The product is a concentrate of MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) and Protein, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

It also contains vitamins C, B1, B2, niacin and pantothenic acid which contribute to normal energy metabolism; vitamin B6 and folic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; milk thistle that favors the digestive, hepatic and purifying functions of the organism.

MCT C8-C10 Medium-chain fatty acids
MCTs allow a significant supply of energy with a remarkable speed thanks to the ability to be directly absorbed independently from the secretion of bile and pancreatic juice, after absorption they are directly sent, through the portal circulation, to the liver where they are rapidly metabolized. At the cellular level they are directly conveyed to the mitochondrion where following beta oxidation they will provide energy both by participating in the Krebs cycle and subsequent oxidative phosphorylation, and by contributing to the formation and use of ketone bodies. Their intake also favors the use of long-chain fatty acids, favoring the overall lipid metabolism.

Soy protein
Vegetable Protein of good biological quality and excellent palatability. In view of a meal with a reduced carbohydrate content, they allow a good supply of amino acids with a slow-release effect, favoring satiety and a slow and gradual absorption, all at the same time as a good digestibility with the net effect of satiating without weighing down.

L-Carnitine
