Dietary supplement

ABC Multivita is a food supplement based on Vitamins and Minerals. Iron *, Pantothenic acid *, Niacin *, Riboflavin *, Vitamin B12 *, Vitamin B6 * and Vitamin C * contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium and Zinc help to maintain normal nails and, together with biotin, normal hair. Vitamin D and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and, together with vitamin K, to the maintenance of normal bones. Copper helps to maintain normal connective tissues while Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of skin and cartilage. Folic acid, Zinc, Vitamin A, Copper and Iron contribute to the normal function of the immune system


DIRECTIONS: swallow 1 tablet a day, with water, at the main meal.
