500 mg of inosine in one capsule. Inosine is a substance that has direct influence on many processes that influence physical performance of mainly endurance character. It increases creation of one of the basic energetic sources – ATP. It supports cardio-vascular system functioning and due to that it provides supply of oxygen and nutrients into muscles. It increases oxygen supply to muscle tissue.

Inosine - body own substance that takes part in many processes in organism. It is a nucleoside and it is a precursor of basic energetic source creation - ATP. Supplementation of inosine has impact on many processes that influence physical performance such as oxygen supply of muscle tissue which influences positively musclc work which is more efficient and it has impact on the whole training that is more efficient. Another good effect is that Inosine increases ATP level. For endurance sports, the effect of decreased lactic acid creation when maintaining same performance level is significant. Inosine is suitable with its effects mainly for endurance and power-endurance sports.


RECOMMENDATION: 2 – 4 capsules 30 minutes before the workout, maximum 4 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage!
