HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate) is a metabolite of L-leucine which has been recognised as having a role in stimulating protein synthesis and a reduction in its concentration in skeletal muscle after maximum effort has been observed. As some studies suggest, HMB can counteract exercise-induced proteolysis by bringing positive consequences on muscle function associated with effort and, consequently, on athletic performance.

DIRECTIONS: take 2 tablets once a day with water or other favourite beverage, before training or competition or immediately after.
