Whey Protein is a food supplement based on concentrated whey proteins (WPC) suitable for athletes who perform intense physical activities. In particular, proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

When we talk about serum we are referring to a complex protein made up of many smaller protein subfractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, immunoglobulin (IgG), glycomacropeptides, bovine serum albumin (BSA) and minor peptides such as lactoperoxidase, lysozyme and lactoferrin. Each of the sub-fractions found in the serum has its own unique biological properties.

Whey protein has become a staple supplement for most athletes because its characteristics make it a one-of-a-kind product.

Whey Protein May Enhance Training Effects: Whey protein supplementation combined with resistance exercise appears to offer greater gains in muscle strength and muscle mass than resistance training alone. A study published in the International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism concluded that those who supplemented with whey protein during resistance training had an almost 5% increase in lean mass compared to those who did not. they supplemented with whey protein. DIRECTIONS: take 20 g (circa 2 scoops) once a day with 250 ml of water or other favourite beverage, during
the day or after training.

Francamente uno dei migliori compromessi, ragionando su più fattori tra cui assunzione/digeribilità prodotto... risultati effettivi... e soprattutto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tra l'altro, le ISOLATE della "One Protein" sono una bomba e hanno una percentuale proteica pulita (dignitosissima) dell'85%, restando sempre abbordabili come prezzo. Confermo alcune recensioni sulla "variabilità del gusto" del prodotto. Personalmente, come fattore incide pochissimo, ma servendomene da un po' ho riscontrato anche io un'altalenanza nel gusto-cioccolato. (la vaniglia resta più liscia). Va' detto che a mio avviso, le proteine della "One" siano tutte di partenza piuttosto dolciastre, al palato. Consideraizone riscontrata già dal mio primissimo acquisto (3/4 anni fa).
