Omega 3.6.9 Total Benefits is a food supplement with fish, linseed and sunflower oil: it contributes to the integrity of cell membranes and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Omegas are polyunsaturated fatty acids which perform energy and structural functions in our body and also have a very important metabolic and regulatory role.

Fish oil is a food source of Omega-3, in particular of EPA and DHA, essential fatty acids which can be synthesized in the human body only from an Omega-3 precursor: alpha linolenic acid (ALA).

The formulation is completed with linseed oil, the main source of ALA, which acts synergistically with fish oil. Linseed oil is rich, not only in ALA, but also in linoleic acid (LA), progenitor of Omega 6, essential fatty acids necessary for the synthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes with an anti-inflammatory action.

Omega 9s are not considered essential because they can be synthesized from other unsaturated fats (Omega 3 and 6), however their intake is recommended in cases of diets poor in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Sunflower seed oil is the best source of Omega 9.

The formula is enriched with Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

 

DIRECTIONS: 1 or 2 pearls a day with plenty of water, before a main meal.
