il gusto ciliegia è molto buono per essere un pre workout, non è molto potente ma da quella marcia in più che non guasta mai. consigliato per l'estate o quando si fa un allenamento leggero.

Da un'ottima energia preso 30-40 min prima di un allenamento. Il pump non è il massimo ma si sente. Il gusto Ciliegia, a mio parere, è il migliore tra quelli disponibili.
