Physio R.E.M. is a food supplement based on GABA, melatonin, inositol, tryptophan and magnesium. SLOW RELEASE FORMULA.

These and other sleep disorders are increasingly frequent in the population and negatively impact the daily life of those who suffer from them, in terms of social relationships, work performance and general well-being.

Physio REM, thanks to the prolonged release active ingredients contained in it, supports the achievement and maintenance of regular and restful sleep.

Through the supply of melatonin, the hormone that regulates the sleep/wake cycle in our body, Physio REM contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep (effect obtained with 1 mg of melatonin, contained in 2 Physio REM tablets) and to alleviate the effects of jet lag (effect obtained with 0.5 mg of melatonin, contained in 1 Physio REM tablet).

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the neurotransmitter used by particular brain cells, called GABAergic neurons, whose activity facilitates the induction of sleep.

Other nutrients support GABAergic function, such as inositol, a molecule that concentrates in the brain and mediates the transmission of various neurotransmitters including GABA.

The product is completed by:
– L-tryptophan, which acts as a precursor of serotonin, the latter a neurotransmitter involved in the regulation of sleep and normal mood;
– an organic source of magnesium, a mineral salt essential for the normal functioning of the nervous system, making the latter a broad-spectrum complex of active ingredients which with synergistic action support night-time rest and recovery.

Of considerable importance, the formulation has been designed in such a way as to achieve a prolonged release (SLOW RELEASE FORMULA) of the active ingredients after intake and to have extended effectiveness during the night hours.

 

DIRECTIONS: 2 tablets a day with a glass of water before bed.
