Yamamoto® Research Vitamin B5 Vitamin B5 is a food supplement that provides 18 mg of pantothenic acid per daily dose. Pantothenic acid * contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. Pantothenic acid is a water-soluble vitamin like all the other B vitamins to which it belongs, and participates in the energy metabolism of nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Furthermore, it is also an important constituent of hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine. Vitamin B5 helps to counteract the aging of the epidermis, in strengthening the hair, and is used in medicine to promote the healing of tissues and wounds, where recognized is its role in repairing skin cells, in promoting their protective barrier function and in the treatment of acne. Vitamin B5 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal mental performance. Deficiency states tend to be dictated by malnutrition and malnutrition, alcohol or drug use, cause fatigue and digestive disorders such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, skin symptoms (hair loss, ulcers) and neurological (headache and burning and tingling in the extremities) ) which then tend to disappear following the administration of vitamin B5. No maximum tolerable intake levels have been established for pantothenic acid, as no scientific evidence has, so far, demonstrated mechanisms of toxicity due to overdose. Directions: take 1 tablet a day with water.
