Lactase is a digestive enzyme that helps break down the sugar in milk and dairy products. This product supports digestive health with lactase enzyme (Aspergillus oryzae). Lactase can make milk more digestible, so this product is ideal for people with lactose in-tolerance. This enzyme may also help reduce the effects of poor digestion, including heartburn, gas and other occasional gastrointestinal discomforts.

Directions: For adults, take 1-3 capsules just before consuming food that contains lactose. Take 1 capsule with medication or vitamins that contain lactose. These softgel capsules should be swallowed and not added directly to milk or other dairy products.

Allergen info: Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, soy and egg proteins, gluten and peanuts!
