BIO'S ORGANIC TYPE 2 WHEAT FLOUR
Grani Antichi di Romagna Selezione 1 flour is produced from a mixture of local organic grains, self-produced. They are grains that have not undergone genetic alterations and therefore maintain their original characteristics unaltered. The varieties are: Rieti, Gentilrosso, Inallettabile, Frassinetto, Verna, Marzotto, Abbondanza, Mec, Centauro, Belvedere, all gathered in an area of 500 hectares in the territories between Sogliano and Mercato Saraceno, in the Romagna Apennines, which goes further in Tuscany. The direct contact with the 15 farmers involved and with the mill, guarantees a short chain and entirely controlled, from the field to storage, grinding, up to bagging. The flours of Grani Antichi di Romagna have a low quantity of gluten, and are more digestible and well tolerated by the body. Maintaining the quality and flavors of the past, the Grani Antichi di Romagna flour is suitable for all uses: bread, pizza, piadina, puff pastry, cakes and biscuits.
