ERBAVOGLIO SYRUP OF YACON BIO Yacon syrup Perhaps less known than agave syrup and coconut sugar, Yacon syrup is also a natural sweetener, extracted from the tubers of the plant from which it takes its name. Yacon resembles cassava or sweet potato and is a tuber typical of the mountainous areas of Bolivia and Peru. The syrup obtained from the processing of the tuber resembles, in color and texture, to agave or maple syrup, with the difference that its glycemic rate is incredibly low and is accompanied by a good nutritional profile, with some vitamins, minerals and above all excellent pre-biotic qualities, therefore friends of a healthy intestine and an efficient immune system! Directions: we recommend taking a coffee spoon, corresponding to 3 g, to be dissolved in water or fruit smoothies, coffee, tea or to be used in culinary preparations. |
