Recovery Extreme provides a high dosage of BCAAs and the dipeptide L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine (AlaGln). The product contains Sensoril®, extracted from Withania S., which turns out to be an adaptogenic tonic, useful for counteracting physical and mental fatigue, and facilitating psycho-physical relaxation. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or those with gluten intolerance.
DIRECTIONS: pour 2 scoops of product into a shaker (the scoop is inside the jar) and add 250 ml of unsweetened cold skimmed milk. Shake the shaker well or use a whisk for a tasty and light meal replacement. If you want, after preparing it, heat it.
