Prepared for protein pancakes. With sweetener. It contains 11 portions, from 1 portion of obtain 6-7 pancake.
containing concentrated milk serum proteins, egg eggs powder and egg powder.
with dust of Psillium for a better consistency and more fiber.
with gluten -free oatmeal.
DIRECTIONS: Fill a bowl with 120 ml of water (sparkling or natural), add 80 g of the mix for protein pancakes (about 8 tablespoons).
mix well until a smooth mixture is obtained and let the protein pancakes rest for 5 minutes.
Heats a drizzle of oil in a pan and then pour the mix, cook the protein pancake on both sides to golden.
