Food supplement with glucomannan (also known as Konjac root); a 100% plant fiber that has the exceptional ability to absorb water.

When consumed in the form of a drink before a meal, it expands and takes up space in the stomach (as does food); thus reducing appetite.

In addition, there is less physical space for food when it is consumed, which contributes to the feeling of satiety and prevents overeating.
 
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 shot before each meal 3 times daily.
