What's this

It is a complex of vitamins belonging to group B: B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (vitamin PP or nicotinamide), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), biotin, and B9 (acid folic).
In this formulation, vitamin B3 is present in the form of niacinamide. Their grouping under the term B is based on the common provenance and their functional relationships.

What is useful and how it works

All the B-group vitamins participate in the correct energy metabolism, helping to remove tiredness and the sensation of chronic fatigue.
