BCAA Zero Carbs 1250 is a branched chain amino acid supplement that fuels muscles during intense training.
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA 2:1:1) are used directly by the muscles, both during exercise as fuel, and post-workout to build muscle mass.
L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine obtained by fermentation with HPMC (hydroxypropryl methyl cellulose), which protects the active ingredient by maximizing its quantity and reaching the intestine intact for maximum absorption.
Unlike other amino acids, muscles can directly use BCAAs for energy.
In fact, branched chain amino acids have two fundamental properties: during physical exercise they are used directly by the muscles as fuel and, at rest for example after a workout, they serve to build muscle mass. This is why it is usually recommended to take them before and after training.
In addition to increasing energy levels and stimulating muscle growth, BCAAs are also able to increase strength.
According to a study conducted in 2003 by Italian researchers, subjects who took branched chain amino acids 2:1:1 for two days showed a greater increase in grip strength than subjects who took a placebo.
An increase in muscle strength in the legs was also recorded by researchers at California State University after eight weeks of taking branched chain amino acids 2:1:1 and performing a specific weight training program for that muscle group, the subjects showed a greater increase of strength in the legs compared to the placebo group.
A useful product in training, taken before each session helps the muscles not to lose strength and always remain at the top.
DIRECTIONS: Take a maximum of 4 tablets per day with water or other liquids of your choice, away from main meals. It is recommended before or after training.
