Fire Pump is a pre-workout food supplement for muscle definition.

Containing 21 active ingredients, including:

Carnitine Booster™ formula which simultaneously contains the two most advanced forms of carnitine: Propionyl-L-Carnitine and Acetyl-Carnitine.

These two forms perform a pro-energetic action. Arginine Akg Arginine is an important nutrient that plays a fundamental role: it allows the creation of active biological nutrients such as Nitric Oxide (NO). Hmb Beta-hydroxy-beta-methyl-butyrate acid (HMB) is a compound that derives from the metabolism of Leucine.

HMB plays a dual role:

- Prevents protein catabolism

- Promotes protein synthesis

Citrulline Malate: Amino acid linked to malic acid.

This combo promotes vasodilation and an increase in exercise resistance as proven by numerous studies.

Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid, a precursor of some hormones such as dopamine, norepinephrine and adrenaline. Precisely for this characteristic it is used in sports to improve performance in training as it can reduce the feeling of muscle fatigue.

Capsifen® Capsaicin increases energy expenditure both during the rest phase and during physical exercise, furthermore, it increases the metabolic rate and body temperature by reducing appetite and increasing the sense of satiety.
