ZDA Test 66 is a supplement to stimulate testosterone production and increase muscle strength, improving performance.

The basis of better body composition and better sports performance is precisely the greater production of free testosterone. Per this reason, a supplement based on components with recognized properties of stimulating the production of free testosterone is useful for athletes to have a targeted effect on the target organs.

Composed of:

- ZMA®-2000E Anabolic Mineral support with L-Optizinc®, a patent based on mono Zinc L-Methionine sulphate, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide and Pyridoxine HCl (Vit. B6).

- KSM-66® is a patent based on Ashwaghandha extract.

Tribulus terrestris ES TIT. 90% Saponins

Tribulus terrestris increases endogenous testosterone production, promoting greater development of muscle mass and strength.
The active ingredient (protodioscin) stimulates the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) by the pituitary gland and LH in turn stimulates the production of testosterone in the testicles.
D-Aspartic Acid (DAA)

D-aspartic acid (DAA) is an extremely powerful molecule also used in medicine for the treatment of oligospermia through its action in favor of the LH hormone.
Lately it has been discovered that DAA also intervenes in the physiological functions of: protein synthesis, maintenance of correct quantities of testosterone in the blood (zinc); synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Cordyceps Sinensis ES

Cordyceps sinensis is the botanical name of a mushroom, an ascomycete characteristic of Chinese medicine, which gives it tonic-invigorating properties, useful for increasing body energy, stimulating the immune system and improving physical resistance.
Fenugreek ES

Among the numerous healthy virtues of fenugreek, the most significant is the increase in insulin release. It is an herb very rich in furostanolic saponins, which increase luteizing hormone levels by stimulating testosterone production.
The actions of testosterone

Testosterone is the main male hormone, produced by the interstitial leydig cells of the testicle. Its secretion is regulated by the anterior pituitary gland thanks to lh and fsh.
Testosterone exerts its main androgenic and anabolic actions or through its metabolite dihydrotestosterone, binding to specific intracellular receptors of target cells at the level of muscle, adipose, liver, hair and brain tissue.

The androgenic action is expressed through the control of sexual differentiation processes, the development and conservation of male sexual characteristics, the maintenance of correct spermatogenesis and the induction of sexual maturation in the pubertal phase.

Androgens also encourage erythropoiesis, influence skeletal maturation and lipid metabolism, and stimulate androgen-dependent hair and sebaceous systems.
The anabolic action, however, is expressed through the induction of the positivization of the nitrogen balance, with a consequent increase in skeletal muscle mass which materializes through the increase in the diameter of the muscle Fibre due to the new formation of myofilaments and the division of the pre-existing enlarged myofibrils.

Testosterone has a circannual rhythm, with a peak during spring, and a circadian cycle which sees two moments, one on average around 6.00 am and the other, the highest, around 5.30 pm, a time that appears to be the most suitable for performance levels and therefore also to implement training.

Testosterone has a maximum peak between the ages of 20 and 30, at which point it gradually begins to decline, with a sharp degradation after the age of 45.
