The product is intended for physically active adults, as a supplement of carbohydrates, minerals, thiamine and branched chain amino acids (BCAA), particularly for people who practice intense or prolonged exercise. Magnesium and thiamine contribute to normal energy metabolism, magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while potassium contributes to normal muscle function.
DIRECTIONS: take up to 4 sachets per day - take during exercise, at regular intervals. Shake well before use. Consume immediately after opening the package.
