BETA ALANINE POWDER


Beta Alanine Powder is a food supplement in powder, suitable for adult sportsmen performing high intensity physical activities. The products provides 2 g of beta alanine per daily dose.
Beta-Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is used by muscle cells to synthesize Carnosine, a dipeptide consisting of Beta-Alanine plus L-Histidine. Carnosine is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle, and is mostly located in Type II fibers of fast-twitch muscles.
Beta alanine is a precursor of carnosine.

DIRECTIONS: add 1 scoop (2 g) in a glass of water or other favourite beverage and take once a day on an empty stomach, 20-30 minutes before training or in the evening before sleeping.


NET CONTENT: 200 g

 STORAGE: keep in a cool dry place.
