The withania promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
 
DIRECTIONS: It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day throughout the day, preferably in the morning and in the afternoon.
