Saracenum - wholemeal crackers
SARACENUM is the new Sapore di Sole line dedicated to organic buckwheat grown and processed in Italy. Italian hulled buckwheat, gluten-free and suitable for celiacs.
Good source of protein (14% of total energy) with high Organic value (BV = 93 out of 100, second only to egg proteins), thanks to its balanced content of essential amino acids. Contains mineral salts (iron, potassium, phosphorus) and B vitamins (thiamin, and niacin).
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while phosphorus together with the B vitamins contributes to a normal energy metabolism, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Our buckwheat is organic and 100% Italian. It is cultivated in the Piedmontese Prealps, its natural habitat, in full respect of the soil, without any plowing but with superficial tillage and sowing on the soil of green manures, for greater fertility and lower energy consumption.
DIRECTIONS: excellent for the preparation of soups, also to flavor salads, muesli and cold dishes. Cooking 15 minutes.
