ULTIMATE ITALIA PREPARATO PER PANCAKE

High-protein, high-fiber pancake and waffle mix with gluten-free oatmeal that has a low glycemic index and provides long-term energy.
Enriched with vitamins B2 and B6 which contribute to normal energy metabolism.
DIRECTIONS: Mix well 30 g of product (about 3 tablespoons) with 45 ml of water, until a homogeneous batter is obtained. If you use a different amount of powder, use 1.5 ml of water for every g of powder.
Grease a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the batter into the non-stick pan and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
The amount of 30 g is enough for a couple of small pancakes or a large one (recommended).
