RECOMMENDATION: The USN Creatine Transport is quick and easy to make, simply mix 1 scoop (43g) with 300ml of cold water. For the best results during maintenance, take one serving prior to and one serving directly after your workout. It's also important to note that you should be drinking at least 10-12 large glasses of water per day.
