YAMAMOTO® NUTRITION Yamamoto® Nutrition Essential Amino - Food supplement of fermented essential amino acids.
What are essential amino acids (EAAs)?
Amino acids are organic molecules which, when joined together, form Protein. There are 20 amino acids that contribute to the formation of Protein and are fundamental to the functioning of our body, to which 3 only recently discovered are added.
Of these 23, 8 are defined as essential. The term essential amino acids means those amino acids that the body is unable to synthesize by itself. Therefore they must be introduced with the feeding.
What are the essential amino acids?
The essential amino acids (EAA essential amino acids) are 8 and specifically:
Lysine: present mainly in milk, soy and beef, it serves for the formation of carnitine and vitamin B3. Per athletes it is able to speed up post-workout recovery.
Tryptophan: found in milk and dairy products, eggs, legumes, meat and fish. It is an important amino acid in protein synthesis and in the synthesis of serotonin.
Phenylalanine: found in meat, fish, eggs and brown rice. It is involved in many metabolic processes and participates in the formation of thyroid hormones.
Threonine: found in corn, soy, eggs, mushrooms, cod, pork, lamb, rabbit and veal. It is a constituent of antibodies and therefore plays a fundamental role in maintaining the immune system.
Methionine: present in dairy products, egg white, cod and soy Protein. Methionine is the basis for the production of carnitine and cysteine, as well as creatine, taurine, vitamin B12.
Leucine: milk, corn, chicken and eggs are the main sources of this amino acid. It plays an important role in the muscle.
Isoleucine: found mainly in corn, potatoes, chicken, eggs, peanuts, bresaola, lamb. It is closely related to glucose needs.
Valine: it is rich in egg white powder, soy Protein, Spirulina algae, dairy products and dairy products. It plays important roles especially in tissue reconstruction.
Per those in the growth phase, a ninth amino acid is also included as essential: histidine .
What are essential amino acid supplements used for?
When nutrition alone is not enough or when the quantity of some foods is reduced, supplements are very valuable aids to meet the need for amino acids.
There are several on the market, with different combinations of amino acids, with single amino acids or even exclusively with combinations of branched chain amino acids, ideal for athletes.
If you are looking for a supplement that contains all amino acids, Essential AMINO allows you to achieve this because it not only contains them all, but provides them in their ideal ratio.
What are the benefits of Essential AMINO?
Our Essential AMINO is:
- A product consisting of amino acids from vegetable fermentation .
- Contains all 8 essential amino acids in an optimal ratio to maximize bioavailability and minimize nitrogen waste.
- It also features the amino acid l-histidine
- The ratio of l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine is 4: 1: 1. Therefore greater presence of l-leucine. A fundamental amino acid for protein synthesis
