Whole Oat Flour Vanilla Flavour
Whole Oat FLOUR is Yamamoto Nutrition's product based on 100% wholemeal oat flour flavoured, source of fiber with no added sugar (naturally contains sugars), usable for the preparation of breakfasts, snacks or delicious desserts.
Whole Oat FLOUR is obtained by grinding whole oat flakes, and is useful for enriching the nutritional value of breakfast or mid-day snacks. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of dry products such as biscuits, and the most famous oat-based breakfast is the typical Anglo-Saxon porridge.
Compared to flours obtained from "nobler" cereals, oatmeal boasts different nutritional properties and is certainly a more complete food . It has a good energy density and boasts a high protein intake and low sugar content . Thanks to the presence of fibres, the starch in oatmeal is digested and absorbed slowly, guaranteeing this food a medium-low glycemic index , a feature which makes it suitable for consumption by sportsmen and athletes who want to keep their blood sugar levels. Furthermore, the fibrous part present in oatmeal consists of beta-glucans, molecules that havebeneficial and protective action against metabolic pathologies and on the management of blood cholesterol levels. The large content of soluble Fibre can also be useful for the intestine , as it accelerates the transit of food and promotes the proliferation of lactobacilli, as well as allowing better management of dietary carbohydrates.
Unlike other flours, such as wheat flour, the flour obtained from oats has 5 out of 8 essential amino acids (often only one or none is present in baked goods). Essential amino acids (EAA) are molecules that are indispensable for the correct functioning of the organism, and are so called because the body alone is unable to synthesize them and therefore they must be compulsorily taken with the diet. Oatmeal contains the EAAs Phenylalanine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Methionine and is particularly rich in the amino acid Lysine , which is generally deficient in cereals. Why Choose Whole Oat FLOUR :
