ANDERSON RESEARCH BCAA K-411
Dietary supplement
BCAA K-411 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in the ratio 4: 1: 1, indicated to supplement the diet of athletes, with vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs or Branched Chain Amino Acids) are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine.
BCAAs are considered essential because, unlike non-essential amino acids, the body cannot produce them on its own, but only by obtaining them from the daily diet.
DIRECTIONS: take up to 5 tablets a day with water, preferably divided before and after physical activity.
