DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to dilute 25 drops in a little water to take 1 mg of Melatonin. The beneficial effect to reduce the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to bed. The beneficial effect to alleviate the effects of jet lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
