ETHICSPORT BETA ALANINA ENDURANCE
Dietary supplement
Beta Alanina Endurance is a food supplement formulated by the Ethic Sport Research & Development Team to support athletes in endurance sports thanks to the buffering action of Lactic Acid.
Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that finds a central place in sports supplementation thanks to its indispensable role for the synthesis of Carnosine.
Carnosine exerts a powerful buffering action on lactic acid which is produced during very intense athletic efforts and compromises sports performance.
By delaying or limiting the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles, the performance is able to stay at high levels for longer, improving the overall result!
Furthermore, Carnosine has a strong antioxidant action, that is, it protects cells from the harmful action of free radicals that are produced during exercise and destabilize the cellular environment.
The addition of sodium bicarbonate in the formulation, which performs a basifying action, allows to amplify the buffering action on lactic acid.
DIRECTIONS: We suggest using 1-2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably between meals.
The dosage of Beta-Alanine, for athletes engaged in intense activities, can even reach 3-6 grams / day.
In these cases it is good to divide the intake throughout the day, taking 1g of beta alanine every 3-4 hours. Cycles of 4-8 weeks are suggested for maximum effectiveness, this helps to obtain the best availability of endogenous carnosine.
