X-Plode Zero is a food supplement with sweeteners, to be reconstituted as a drink, based on amino acids, group B vitamins with creatine, caffeine and plant extracts.

Excellent pre-workout to use before training or competitions, it is made with the highest quality ingredients and is specific for adult athletes who practice intense physical exercise.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a fundamental muscle support for athletes.

They have energetic and anti-catabolic functions, act as an energetic substrate in order to preserve muscle mass from being broken down for energy purposes and promote the construction and restoration of lean mass.

Arginine and citrulline support the body's natural production of nitric oxide.

Nitric oxide acts as a vascular vasodilator, through an increase in the availability of molecular oxygen.

Beta alanine is converted in the body into carnosine, with a buffer function on lactic acid and control of glycation reactions.

It provides pure creatine monohydrate Creapure® which promotes the increase in muscle Energy and strength, therefore physical performance, in the case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration efforts.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine. Grape seed extract promotes physiological vascular function during training and has an antioxidant function, therefore protecting muscle tissue from damage caused by free radicals.

Ashwagandha KSM-667 extract provides tonic/adaptogenic support during sporting activity.

Finally, it is enriched with caffeine, which helps improve alertness and concentration, and vitamins B1 and B6 which contribute respectively to normal energy metabolism and to reducing tiredness and fatigue.

It does not contain ingredients of animal origin and is also suitable for vegans.

 

DIRECTIONS: dissolve one portion (2 scoops = 15g) in 200 - 300 ml of water and take the product once a day, approximately 30 - 60 minutes before training or competitions.
