Beta alanineis a food supplement suitable for sportsmen training intensely. The product provides 1000 mg/daily dose of beta-alanine, a beta-aminoacid precursor to carnosine.

Beta alanine is a dietary supplement of Beta Alanine whose ergogenic role in sports is partly due to its antioxidant activity and partly to the function of a precursor of Carnosine: a dipeptide present in high concentrations within human skeletal muscle, capable of buffering lactic acid in the muscles, supporting resistance, in case of intense efforts and assisting recovery after the competition or training.

Directions: take 1 caplet once a day with water or other beverage, before training, competitions or immediately after.
