LABOREST PINEAL
Food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, Niacin and Magnesium L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, that is, it is not produced endogenously and therefore must necessarily be introduced with the diet; moreover, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be deficient in the blood. It is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and subsequently of melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various stages of sleep. Magnesium and Niacin contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to take 2 PINEAL® tablets in the evening before going to bed. Per any mood changes or for the management of appetite it is recommended to take 1 tablet one hour before lunch and the second one hour before dinner. STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place.
