LABOREST PINEAL TENS
Food supplement based on L-Tryptophan, chelated Magnesium and Vitamins L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, that is, it is not produced endogenously and therefore must necessarily be introduced with the diet; moreover, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids taken, so its concentration can often be deficient in the blood. It is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and subsequently of melatonin, a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various stages of sleep. Magnesium and Vitamin D3 contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, together with Niacin and Vitamin B2, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. DIRECTIONS: it is recommended to take 2 tablets of PINEAL® TENS per day in monthly cycles. STORAGE: keep in a cool and dry place.
