Allora... cerchiamo di non fare confusione fra il Sapore e la Solubilità. Per quel che riguarda quest'ultima caratteristica le Sprouted Brown Rice Protein si sciolgono benissimo. Il problema semmai sta nel sapore: un indefinibile e poco raccomandabile via di mezzo fra la crusca e masticare un pezzo di cartone. Peccato, perchè queste proteine hanno caratteristiche davvero invidiabili. 0 grassi, 0 zuccheri, niente glutine e niente lattosio. Una bomba di 80/% di proteine pure che è poi il sogno di tutti i vegani e gli intolleranti alle varie sostanze. A me sembrano un ottimo acquisto, magari da mischiare con qualcosa che abbia un sapore più vicino ai gusti umani! Tutto sommato penso di ricomprarle.

Scrivere che queste proteine si sciolgono facilmente è praticamente un'eresia!!! I valori sono ottimi, non c'è dubbio...ma il sapore e la solubilità proprio zero. Farò veramente fatica a finirle...

Premesso che trovo eccezionali tutte le proteine del riso, che a differenza di altre fonti proteiche non danno problemi di digeribilità o peggio (la caseina del latte sarebbe cancerogena secondo diversi studi), queste in particolare, sono le uniche che io abbia trovato sino ad ora, che si sciolgono veramente. Tutte le altre, comprese le più costose, fano deposito in pochi secondi. Molto efficaci ma a dosi ben superiori al cucchiaio raccomandato. Ci vogliono almeno 40gr al giorno.
