Dietary supplement

Creatine Mega Strong Powder increases the strength to maximum when using regularly and its L-glutamine content improves the muscle recovery.
To increase the effi ciency it is recommended to use it in so-called creatine cycles.

Intended for: maximum strength increase, effective recovery improvement, maximum muscle growth, high-intensity training athletes.

RECOMMENDATION: stir one serving (5g) in 125ml of water and drink immediately after training, during non-training days in the morning on an empty stomach.
Take regularly for 4 weeks; once the 4 week period has been completed have a break from using the product for at least 4-6 weeks.
Maximum daily dose is 5g.
