Carbohydrate complex with 14 % of proteins for starting quality recovery and muscle growth support. It is made from selected protein sources that suitable complement the full value carbohydrate complex. Carbohydrate complex is made up from several types of carbohydrates namely maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. Carbohydrates in combination with proteins are necessary after the workout for starting quality recovery and for turning over of the organism into the anabolic (muscle-building)drive. Large pack (6 kg) find in practical large box (not in the bag).

RECOMMENDATION: one serving = 40g. Consume shortly (10-20 min.) after workout. For more intensive recovery or after exhausting workout is recommended to consume a second serving after 45 minutes. Use maximally 2 times per day with regard to the composition of the diet.
