PRONUTRITION PANCAKE FORMULA
Pancake mix
Preparation based on oat flour, whey protein and egg white, rich in proteins for the preparation of protein pancakes.
DIRECTIONS: mix 50 g of product with 50 ml of water and mix until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Cooking: a) In a pan: preheat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, pour about 1/3 of the mixture and cook turning until golden on both sides. b) In the microwave: pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold and cook 1.5 minutes at maximum power (800 kw).
