Quinoa is very rich in molecules to which anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties are attributed, plus thanks to the high fiber content it helps to increase the sense of satiety.
Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal that is used exactly like a cereal. Instead, it belongs to the Chenpodiaceae family, like spinach and brabeet. The Incas call quinoa "chisiya mama" which in Quechua means "mother of all seeds".
DIRECTIONS: this flour mixed with others can be used for the preparation of bread and cakes.
