SAPORE DI SOLE OLIO DI SEMI DI VINACCIOLI
Grapeseed oil
is an oil obtained from the pressing of grape seeds. It offers multiple uses both in the kitchen and in dermocosmetics. The flavor is fresh and delicate, with the scent of grapes and a slight hint of walnut.
It is rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid (Omega-6), which help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Grape seeds are also particularly rich in a class of natural polyphenols, procyanidins, which are believed to help keep arteries and blood vessels healthy. It also contains high amounts of vitamins E (27 mg, 225% NRV), extremely important for reducing the action of free radicals.
The oil applied to the skin has astringent and firming properties. It gives elasticity to the skin, helping to counteract the degradation of collagen and stimulate capillary microcirculation.
DIRECTIONS: in the kitchen it can be used raw to dress salads or steamed vegetables and to cook any type of dish, from risotto to vegetables. It is excellent for frying as it has a high smoke point (200 ° C), which allows it to maintain its properties unaltered.
