GO Isotonic Energy Gel is an isotonic gel for a fast and digestible energy boost.

The world's first isotonic energy gel to offer a quick and digestible carbohydrate reserve during exercise.

They have been designed to be consumed without water, thus minimizing the feeling of bloating resulting from excessive fluid intake.

Each gel provides 22 grams of carbohydrates.

The isotonic formulation allows the gel to pass quickly through the stomach, since it is not necessary to take liquids to dilute the gel, and therefore provide energy immediately.
 
DIRECTIONS: Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour to provide approximately 60 grams of carbohydrates and maximize the rate of carbohydrate utilization.

Tip: This product is perfect to take during physical activity, as it is able to provide all the energy you need when you need it most.

It is also possible to take it before training.

Recommended for endurance exercises such as trail, cycling, running, trail or triathlon.
